Trackers
The trackers in Mood Manager allow you to monitor particular areas of your life such as sleep, weight and activities (including exercise).
The sleep tracker allows you to record some notes about your sleep the night before and the number of hours you slept. The sleep results can then be graphed in conjunction with DASS 21 test results to see how your sleep patterns may be affecting your moods.
The weight tracker allows you to record your weight. The weight tracking results can be graphed so you can monitor weight gain / loss over time.
The activity tracker allows you to record any and all activities in which you engaged during the day such as cycling, walking, jogging or any other social and recreational activities. You can specify multiple activities and assign the time you spent engaging in each activity. Tracking activities will allow you to monitor how those activities are affecting your daily moods by correlating them to the DASS 21 test results. For example you might not engage in any activities for a week and you might notice a change in your mood as a result. You might then decide to trial 30 minutes a day of walking and continue to take the DASS 21 test after which you might find a positive affect as a result. It's an easy way to tangibly observe how activities are helping your daily mood.
So, to make the most of the trackers
- record your sleep daily
- record your weight weekly (if relevant)
- record activities you did during the day
The trackers will assist you with recording the individual areas.
