Events Manager

Different events can have differential impact on us both physically and mentally. What people don't realise is that even an event scheduled in the future, or one that has passed, can affect you in the present without you even reaslising it.

The events manager has been specially designed to allow a user to record any event, no matter when it occurs or occurred, and then associate particular feelings and thoughts with that event.

An individual DASS 21 test can be associated with a particular event which will provide detailed feedback on how it has affected your anxiety, stress and depression levels.

The event analyser works in conjunction with the Thought Analyser.

So, to make the most of Event Manager

  • record events both path, present and future
  • describe the event the best you can
  • as best you can, note also how you were feeling and feel free to record more than one emotion or feeling
  • Take a DASS 21 test (which records the stress, depression and anxiety levels associated with the event)
  • Associate thoughts you are having about the event using the thought analyser.

The event manager will assist you in all these steps, record the results and allow you to review them at any time.
